When will registration be open?  It's open now! If you are a 2022 honoree you should be receiving your code via email. If you have not received yours by July 14 please contact [email protected]. If you are not an honoree, guest or sponsor unfortunately you will be unable to attend this year's event. Nominations for 2023 open in January!
I'm a 2022 honoree, what is included in my complimentary registration? 
Included in the honoree package you have access to: 
  • Thursday Honoree Reception featuring the Retailer of the Century Awards
  • Top Women in Grocery Dinner and Awards Gala & The Hershey Post-Awards Dessert Reception and Dance Party
What are the dates & timing for the TWIG event?  The TWIG Program begins Thursday, November 3rd at 1pm with the educational portion of our event, the Leadership Development Program, which concludes at 12:30pm on Friday, November 4th. The TWIG Winners Gala takes place November 4th. Additionally this year we invite our attendees to add the other events taking place throughout the week to their ticket and join us! You can learn more about the week's full agenda here.

If I decide later I want to attend more than just TWIG can I modify my registration to add other events?  You absolutely can! Though we encourage you to do this sooner rather than later to take advantage of early bird rates (ending 9/16) and ensure hotel availability.

Can I book my hotel right now?  You sure can! Hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the Honoree/Honoree's company. Visit our Venue & Travel Page to find hotel info now.

When will I receive my Top Women in Grocery Award?  You will be receiving your award on stage at our 2022 Top Women in Grocery Gala! 
Do I need to purchase my Top Women in Grocery Award?  No, we are pleased to provide each winner with a complimentary keepsake award from Progressive Grocer. If you are contacted by a third-party vendor to purchase an award, immediately decline. External vendors are not affiliated with Top Women in Grocery, and are not authorized to solicit honorees to purchase awards.
As a winner, do I need to purchase a ticket to the gala? What about my guest(s)?  The Gala is complimentary for our honorees. You will need to add the Leadership Development Program to your ticket to attend the educational sessions for an additional fee. There is a fee for guests to attend the Gala and/or the LDP and you will receive a code to register them along with your own code. 
Speaking of guests, what is the appropriate age range for guest attendees?  We know many of our attendees want to celebrate with their spouses, family members and friends; however, this event is most appropriate for individuals age 18 or older.
Is there a dress code for the Leadership Development Program?  Dress code for the daytime Leadership Development Program is business casual. Keep in mind the hotel ballrooms tend to be on the cool side, so it may be best to bring a light jacket or sweater to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during the program, so you can enjoy all of the wonderful speakers we have planned.
What should I wear for the evening gala reception, dinner and after-party?  Dress code is formal cocktail reception attire. While formal attire is not required, most women wear cocktail dresses, pantsuits and skirts, as well as gowns. The evening is all about celebrating you -- wear what you feel you want to celebrate in for our amazing evening events.

What is the deadline to RSVP? 5:00 PM (Central) on October 28, 2022. However, we encourage you to register and book your travel and hotel early as rates increase and hotel rooms at the discounted rate are limited.
Is there an early bird price? When do prices increase? Early bird pricing on the LDP and additional events happening during Grocery Industry Week ends September 16, 2022 at midnight EST.

Can I still nominate someone for a Top Women in Grocery award? Nominations are closed for 2022.  Award nominations for 2023 will open in early January 2023.
